Friday I had tossed salad (spring mix), steamed broccoli and cauliflower with a grilled hamburger patty.

I'm not sure what veggies I'm having today, it's too early to think. BUT, had you done this yesterday, I think I'd have won a prize. I had salmon, grilled cherry tomatoes, green, red, and yellow peppers, onions, and corn. And topped it off with strawberry shortcake.
