I spent a portion of the morning weeding my veggie and flower gardens, spreading compost over bad areas of my lawn, raking some new areas to plant grass seed, and then of course watering. Tomorrow is cardio and strength training day.

Today's challenge is to keep active. Find an activity you love doing, can be cardio, strength training or just something fun that keeps you moving, just enjoy yourself. Please share with the group your activity, how long you did this activity and how much fun you had.
