So how is everyone doing with their goals? I don't know if I will make mine or not, since the last couple months have been total chaos in my life, but still aiming for my original goals hoping for the best.

Three months (7/2010) from now, I want:

1) to be elbow deep in dirt (gardening)
2) hosting a wedding reception at home for those who could not attend the event in Hawaii
3) be well in to a weight training routine
4) be healthier and 15 pounds lighter
5) able to run for 40 minutes straight (up to 11 now)
6) have added 90 more days to my 10 minute daily streak.

Spring is here and a new quarterly challenge is upon us. Please feel free to use this area to state where you would like to be in three months. You can set goals for weightloss, exercise, toning, overall health feeling, or whatever.

As for myself:

- Would like to lose 5 to 10 lbs.
- Eat even less sodium
- Exercise more often and tone more
- Feel healthier
