I have to clean an area of my basement that the cat used as a bathroom- cement floor, plus it's an area where I toss 'left-over' stuff, like boards that are left from a remodeling job, screens that are damaged and probably will never be used again, shelves from a project that never got off the ground, you know the stuff I'm talking if you hate to throw things away that MIGHT come in handy (I should live so long). SO, does that count as cardio? I will stretch before I start 'cause I'm still hurting from the 'water-in-the-basement' clean-up during our N.E. deluge Sunday and Monday (up all night with the wet vac going steadily).

Ok, I know we just did cardio for the last one, but it has been several days so:

Today's challenge is to WORK YOUR HEART.

It is a cardio day. Work your heart, large muscles, and BURN CALORIES!

The activity and intensity level are up to you. The goal is to GET MOVING FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES.

You can do this!
