After I wrote yesterdays post I went out to the back yard and cleaned out flower beds, cut down the sedum stalks and raked up debris for an hour. That has got to qualify, I was REALLY sweaty. Today my back is killing me, in spite of the ice pack. emoticon

I got 36 minutes of fast paced walking and 5 minutes of running on my treadmill today as well as my sit-ups and push-ups.

I did my home routine of 30 minutes of exercises for my back and legs strengthening this am. I don't know if any of that qualifies as cardio, but I know I'm sweating and my heart-rate is up when I'm done.

Thinking I might try to push myself and get out of the house to run some errands, maybe walk the stores and mall a bit. Definitely will help me try to keep my mind off of things. In a really depressed state today, after mom's appointment yesterday. Walking always seems to help me feel better.

Again, sorry these challenges are few and far between, but my blog states it all in what is going on. I will try to do the best I can to get a challenge on here daily or at least every other day.

Today's challenge is to do 30 minutes of cardio. Doesn't matter what kind of cardio you are doing to get the 30 minutes in, just list your choices here so others can get ideas on what to do.

Have a wonderful cardio filled day!
