Again, sorry these challenges are few and far between, but my blog states it all in what is going on. I will try to do the best I can to get a challenge on here daily or at least every other day.
Today's challenge is to do 30 minutes of cardio. Doesn't matter what kind of cardio you are doing to get the 30 minutes in, just list your choices here so others can get ideas on what to do.
