Sorry the challenges have been few and far between lately. Sadly, have had some major issue in my personal life that I have had to deal with and have taken priority. I have had limited availability to the computer and Spark, but hoping things resolve soon.
For today's challenge, please pick an area you feel needs work and list what you are working on and how you are doing it. Doesn't have to be exercise or food specific, the choice is totally up to you.
As for me...trying to keep the stress levels down. In the course of a week, I have had to deal with a crown falling off my tooth, then needing it recemented to find out I needed a new one, my hubby's work hours getting crazy for the next two months, a pipe breaking inside our wall and getting the drywall and carpet damaged a bit, plus to top it all off, my mom having an irregular mammogram that was repeated with an ultrasound and now talks of a biopsy. I am an only child and this is my only remaining parent, as my dad passed away 12 years ago, last week! So the timing of everything is not working for me, but luckily not turning my stress to food...feel like it, but not doing it. Anyhow, bear with me please and I will be back with regular challenges daily, as soon as I can. In the meantime, they may be here and there.
