Co-incidently, I did upper body this am! Biceps with weights, triceps same, dumbbell curls, and I did several with bands. Those were all 3 sets of 12. I also did some leg and some back exercises.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Phil. 4:13

sitting dumbbell shoulder press
dumbbell hammer curls
dumbbell shrugs
wall pushups

Sorry I missed posting the weekend challenges all, but did not have the best weekend. But, here's hoping the week will be better.

Anyhow, I will be doing the following upper body exercises today:

1) Close- Arm Pushups, 2 sets of 25
2) Dumbell Triceps, 2 sets of 20
3) Dumbell Lateral Raises, 2 sets of 20

Happy Monday to all!

Today's challenge is to work your upper body. You will need to choose three exercises from Spark's Upper Body strength training options, or you can use your own, and do two sets of each. Please feel free to list which ones you are doing to encourage other members and give them ideas of options they can use.
