Sorry I missed posting the weekend challenges all, but did not have the best weekend. But, here's hoping the week will be better.
Anyhow, I will be doing the following upper body exercises today:
1) Close- Arm Pushups, 2 sets of 25
2) Dumbell Triceps, 2 sets of 20
3) Dumbell Lateral Raises, 2 sets of 20
