Whoops! emoticon Messed up today BIG time.

There was a 2-hour delay for our schools today and I had to get up earlier to take Sarah to bus stop, then went back home to sleep some more and missed enough time to do any exercise.

Only thing I'll get done is a 20-minute walk at work tonight.

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR CORE MUSCLES. Try to get in at least THREE DIFFERENT EXERCISES.

Working these muscles will not only make you look amazing, but they will help improve your posture.
