This was actually posted on 2/17 not 2/18. Alaska holds on to the day longer than the Spark site. Did get the 35 minutes in on the treadmill! Whew- even ran for more than 4 minutes (quite the accomplishment for me) done in 1 minute bursts. Machine said I burned 366 cals!

well, for 30 minutes I was on the Wii and Wednesday night at work for 22 minutes I walked while listening to my ipod shuffle!

Well started out with my streakercise (push-ups and sit-ups everyday). Usually I follow with a minimum of 15 min on the treadmill but had to run to town today, so I'll be doing it tonight instead.
