This was actually posted on 2/17 not 2/18. Alaska holds on to the day longer than the Spark site. Did get the 35 minutes in on the treadmill! Whew- even ran for more than 4 minutes (quite the accomplishment for me) done in 1 minute bursts. Machine said I burned 366 cals! Best of Health, Melissa

well, for 30 minutes I was on the Wii and Wednesday night at work for 22 minutes I walked while listening to my ipod shuffle!

Well started out with my streakercise (push-ups and sit-ups everyday). Usually I follow with a minimum of 15 min on the treadmill but had to run to town today, so I'll be doing it tonight instead.

Same ole, same ole! 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning and will do 30 minutes on the stationary bike this afternoon.
