Happy Wednesday to you!
Your week is halfway over. How are you holding up? Are you needing more energy around 10am & 4pm each day? Maybe you should consider spreading your calories throughout the day with smaller meals AND snacks.
Your challenge today is to EAT TWO HEALTHY SNACKS (3 if you can). Have one in the morning after your body has used the energy from your breakfast. Have a healthy snack during the late afternoon when your body is starting to get tired, and dinner won't be for a few hours.
Many folks swear by eating three smaller meals and two healthy snacks a day. Give it a try. You just might find out that this works beautifully with your hectic schedule.
Remember to keep it low sodium!
