Shoveling and shivering sounds like a workout to me! I did my usual 30 min at the gym, 30 min in the pool.No extra walking.

sorry...stuck with snow issues here in WV...

Tuesday, hubby took me to work and in about 8 hours later, he come got me. Been home since!

No walking, though...just LOTS of shoveling and shivering! LOL

I did my usual routine, 30 minutes in the gym (on machines) and 30 min. swimming. The only walking I did was in Trader Joes and Target. Target was a workout, that place is BIG.It's a new one and has groceries, the prices are quite good.

It's pouring down rain here today, so no outside walking. Though do have access to a couple of walking dvd's so may through one of them in the dvd player and go for a walk with my son (he tends to join in on the walking).

Will do at least 1 mile today, if not more. Will try to get in 10,000 steps or more today.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to GRAB A FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER, OR CO-WORKER AND GO FOR A WALK. This is a perfect opportunity to:

*Get your neighbor to start that morning exercise routine
*Work off frustrations from the job by walking at lunch with your co-workers
*Get the family out of the house for some exercise

Exercising with others makes your "tough workout" MUCH EASIER to manage. Besides, IT IS FUN!
