After work went to the grocery store and was walking in there for almost an hour! Also going to use my weights too. Have been drinking my wateremoticon

I did some walking, lifting and bending, chasing my son and doggie around the house and then relaxed a bit.

I did 60 minutes walking on treadmill Saturday and Sunday.

Slow but will get there!

If you consider this exercise, spent an hour or so wiping snow off my car and walking a few blocks to see if any stores were open to buy my coworkers some bread and some shovels. No one was open but the liquor stores, go figure.
