Happy Friday to everyone! The weekend is almost here - WOOHOO!!
Trying something new can be scary. Today, I'm going to finally sign up at a gym which is something I have never done before. I'm a little nervous, but really excited. Working out around other people is something I haven't done since college (ya know..back in the dinosaur ages!).
Your challenge today is to try something new to you! Here are some suggestions for you to try:
*A new healthy food or beverage
*A new exercise
*A new recipe
*A new message board on Sparkpeople
*A new way of doing your exercises (incorporate more weight, resistance bands, stability ball, medicine ball, etc.)
These are just a few suggestions. Please feel free to share what you did that was new to you today.
