I don't know how many I burned, I did the stationary bike for 12 min.(at level 10 @ 10mph), and swam for 30 min.(I did 12 laps-9 laps is a quarter of a mile).I also did free weights, but that's not cardio, is it? This was my 3rd day in a row at the Y, and it feels great! I do the gym for 30 min then the pool for 30 min.

I just logged in my fitness and discovered I burned 468 calories with those two cardio things! I never checked the calories burned before! Good to know.
By the way, I've been doing well on my sodium intake, 1000-1200 daily for the past week, and my ankles are happy they're not so swollen!
