so far I've had orange cantaloupe, red apples, and I guess the rest of them, cause I had a V8!
Who have you encouraged today?
Coleslaw, green and red with also some and
Apple, where's the green apple? And lest I forget, peaches canned in pear juice!

So far I've had blue,(blueberries) red (strawberries and tomatoes), yellow (banana and pear) green (peppers), and there's a garden vegetable salad waiting for me in the fridge. I'm having a colorful day, but then, I usually do.
I had to use grapes for the blue since there were no blueberries.

Your challenge today is to SEE HOW MANY DIFFERENT COLORED FRUITS & VEGETABLES YOU CAN EAT. Focus only on fruits & vegetables. List which ones you ate by the end of the day. This is a great way to see if you are eating a wide variety of foods.
