Happy Monday everyone!
Today's challenge is to keep moving, with any exercise you chose, be it cardio/strength/walking, etc. The idea is just to keep your body in movement.
As an added bonus, think positive thoughts today, share a positive word or two on here. It can really brighten one's spirit! Remember you are worth it, we all are!
