Well, the restaurant was great and they definitely kept it low sodium. Believe me if it is over 800 mg in a serving, I am sick/dizzy for the next couple of days. I had to skip some of the soup they had pre-meal, an watery onion soup broth, as you could taste the sodium in that. But, they cooked everything low sodium and loved it. They even offered a low carb option, which I am going to take them up on next time, as I don't need much of that either, though was sharing some of mine with my son, so I wouldn't have too much.
Anyhow, was a wonderful evening and kept both portion and sodium in check! WOOHOO!
