350...wow..that's a lot...since I hadn't been on the Wii for like 5 days, I got on today and got in 42 minutes, 215 calories. I didn't want to push it.

Did about 10 minutes of it running in place...I really turned it up this time and did it fast just to see how I could do it, I was surprised it felt good! emoticon

I started giggling halfway through and said outloud.."I'm going to jiggle this fat off of me!"

I do that every day or more. I'm planning on doing a short workout that'll be around 400 cal. burned. Not till this afternoon.

Happy mid-week Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to BURN 350 CALORIES THROUGH CARDIO EXERCISE. You do not need to burn these calories all at once. Feel free to break up your exercise throughout the day. The goal is to burn AT LEAST 350 calories by the end of the day.
