Happy Tuesday to you!

The slow, accurate movements in Yoga and Tai Chi have these benefits:

1) Increasing Flexibility - Both forms have positions that act upon the various joints of the body including those joints that are never really on the radar screen let alone exercised.

2) Mental benefits - Both forms tend to give you a clearer and more relaxed mind - and this can happen on day 1. Stress levels are also decreased.

3)Internal benefits - Both forms help improve the workings of internal organs, assist in better breathing, and also can help you sleep better.

Your challenge today is to STRETCH & MEDITATE. You don't have to do Yoga or Tai Chi. You can just sit in a quiet room, in the park, or even in your backyard. Take slow, deep breaths. Slowly stretch. Kick the stress out the window and RELAX. Think positively and enjoy your surroundings.

Have a relaxed Tuesday!
