Tarotguy...your funny! Sure...having to lift, bend, twist, walk, etc....if for long periods of time, can be considered working out, more strenght training than actual cardio, unless you get your heart rate up and keep it there for a prolonged time, then that would be cardio.

I guess you could say that I get some cardio with chasing my son and dog around the house for a good 15 to 30 minutes of the day. We play a game of chase/tag. Wow, getting more exercise than I thought! LOL.

Way to Go Hollysnowwoman! I usually miss Dr. Oz, as my son wants to watch Disney all the time. Though every once in a while, I get to watch that or FoodNetwork (son is a fan of foodnetwork).

I'm not sure that this counts, but I'm going to be redoing my office today. I need to get it organized, which means a lot of bending, twisting, and yelling at inanimate objects. That and a short walk to get out of the office for a bit so I don't break any of these inanimate objects when they refuse to move.

Happy Wendesday to you!

Today's challenge is a little late, sorry for that, have a lot on my plate today. But, we haven't had an exercise challenge in a while, so today the challenge is to keep moving whether it be in the form of strength training or cardio or both. Just do 15 to 30 minutes of exercise. Feel free to share with the group what form of exercise you are doing, how many reps, or whatever.

Have a wonderful moving Wednesday!
