Wonderful ideas from everyone! Now I am thinking of taking a nice long hot shower or remove my son's bath toys from my tub (he decided he liked our bigger tub three or four years ago and haven't been able to get into it since) and take a nice long bubble bath.....hmmmm, decisions, decisions. LOL. May opt for the shower as it would be less work! LOL.

I can't do that today cause we have company in the house, but I will be TOTALLY ALONE tomorrow...DH is working, I'm off, and stepdaughter will be with her mom...so tomorrow I will plan to pamper myself with a nice soak in the tub and a pedicure!

Thank you for an awesome idea!

Who have you encouraged today?

After I am finished with my walking I am going to take a nice hot shower and then give myself a manicure.

Slow but will get there!

This is a challenge I can definitely handle emoticon I've been having back problems so today I'm going to take a nice long soak in a hot tub and then have my hubby put wonderfully scented lotion on my back for me. (I can handle getting it on the rest of my body, but I just can't reach much of my back...especially if I don't want to hurt myself any more....)

There was much rejoicing!

I plan to exfoliate, maybe paint my nails, relax a bit and enjoy my family!

Happy Sunday to you!

Your challenge today is to pamper yourself. Ways to do this are:

*Take a long soak in the tub
*Give your skin a light brushing with a soft brush or exfoliate your skin with items such as sugar, salt, or oatmeal scrub, etc.
*Give yourself a facial
*Give yourself a manicure
*Give yourself a pedicure
*Hydrate your skin with lotion
*Do a hair treatment
*DRINK WATER (This is one of the BEST ways to take care of your skin and hair!)

What will you do to pamper your skin & body today? Feel free to share it with the group!

Have a great Sunday!
