Happy Tuesday to you!
Ok, weird topic title, essentially it means, "Let's go for a Holiday walk!"
Today's challenge is getting out of the house to go for a walk and/or after work going for a stroll. If the weather is to cold to go outside, then go to one of the lesser crowded malls and walk for a while, just to stretch those legs, take in the holiday decorations and spread some Holiday cheer!
Other ideas, rather than getting outside or at the mall to walk, include:
- Going to a local Museum and walk around. Some have Christmas/Holiday displays to enjoy!
- Go to a science center and walk a bit.
- Go to the gym, if you have a membership and walk around their indoor track or on a treadmill or eliptical.
- There are plenty of other options.
Basically, just get yourself moving, work off some of that holiday stress, along with any guilty indulgences and just enjoy the day!
