My goals are the same as on the GI/IR team,

My challenge is to: --

Try to up my fruits and veggies servings per day (I go in spurts, some days great, others not so good.)

Goals this month:

- Stick to eating plan
- Keep sodium at a minimum
- Keep healthy, allowed snacks around to avoid temptations of sweets and goodies
- Drink water faithfully
- Exercise as often as I can
- Visualize my goals and keep that vision, rather than sugar plums, dancing in my head!

This challenge is to be used to set goals for yourself so that you do not feel challenged and can remain strong during the holiday season. Research shows that when we write down or communicate our goals to others, we are more likely to succeed with them.

So tell us, how are you planning on getting through one of the most tempting times of the year?

P.S. Sorry that I have been gone a couple of weeks, my family's colds got better, though mine turned into asthmatic bronchitis, so was down for the count, so to speak, but am on the mend now and should start having more of a presence back on Spark again. Thanks go all for your well wishes!
