Your challenge today is to keep your sodium counts below 2000 mg, post all meals and snacks in your tracker and stay hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, maybe more.
Today is an easy challenge, things we all should be doing anyhow. Though there are some of us that find the tracker too much of a hassle, we stop tracking our foods, then we wonder why we have bloating, experience headaches and dizziness and just having a hard time losing weight. Hey, I have been guilty of it in the past. Though using the tracker will keep you within range of your sodium or at least make you more aware of where the sodium lurks.
