One thing that helps keep our joints from aching and our bodies feeling better is to keep moving and drink plenty of water. Water helps to lubricate the joints and flush the body of toxins, while moving and exercising helps keep the joints and bones strong.
One of the things I like to do, if I don't have the time to get out and walk, or the weather doesn't allow, is to just stand up in front of my chair or sofa, while watching television and just walk in place for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. My mom's doctor and mine, both swear by this. Just keep your legs moving and maybe add in some arm movements, or moving your body from side to side a bit and just that many minutes a day will start to make a difference in how you feel within about two weeks or less. After that, try uping the amount of time you spend walking in place or add some more moves to make it exciting.
