The last time I was in Costco, I bought bags of Walnuts, Pecans and Almonds. I never ate them as snacks before, and I am loving it. A little too much maybe. They all taste like "more" (lol)

Happy Wednesday!

When you have a craving for those lethal snacky type foods, what do you grab as a healthy alternative? What foods have you substituted for the "not so healthy" version?

Your challenge today is to share what healthy snack foods you have incorporated into your lifestyle. These could be: chocolate, salty, creamy, etc.

We all get stuck in a rut at times by eating the same old items. Trying new foods keeps it interesting.

Have a super healthy snacking Wednesday!
