This one should be an easy challenge for all, given our team name.

I range anywhere from 1500 mg or lower, to that of 2000 mg on a daily basis. I am super sodium sensitive, so this is a life style for me.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to WATCH YOUR SODIUM. Can you keep your sodium under 2400mg? YOU BET YOU CAN!

Remember that many foods have hidden sodium. READ YOUR LABELS. Be cautious with the following foods:

*Soy Sauce
*Processed "diet" prepared meals
*Canned soup
*Canned vegetables
*Pickles
*Crackers/chips
*Packaged popcorn

Many of us add salt to our foods to enhance the flavor. Instead of doing this, why not try adding:

*Fruit juice
*Fresh or dried herbs
*Homemade or low sodium broth
