1.) A church that teaches me that my Father in Heaven loves me.
2.) A Twin Sister.
3.) A Best Friend
4.) A job!!!
5.) An apartment roof over my head
6.) Food in my cupboards
7.) Edmonton has a bus system
8.) That I still have some eyesight left.
9.) My cat / companion
10.)My treadmill so I can walk safely without the fear of falling down.

I am thankful for:

1. A great God that I look up to for guidance and thank for the wonderful things he has given me.
2. My husband, while not perfect, he is a blessing in my life and a big help around the house.
3. My son, who is the joy of my life.
4. My mom, whose not only my mother, but my best friend and always there for me.
5. My little puppy, who brings us all joy/laughter and affection.
6. The roof over my head.
7. Clothes for us to wear.
8. Food for us to eat.
9. A car to provide us transportation.
10. The knowledge I have gained on here on how to lose weight and keep it off in a lifetsyle change, not a diet.

Your challenge today is to LIST 10 THINGS YOU ARE THANKFUL FOR. Really look at your life. Do not focus on the number on the scale or your jean size. Focus on what you feel most blessed about. It could be anything. Let's focus on what is going right in our lives TODAY. Realizing how blessed we are makes tackling that scale a bit easier. Don't you think?
