I will be doing some walking and cycling today. Plus, will do the following lower body strength exercises from Spark:

- Squats
- Seated Leg Extensions
- Lying abduciton and adduction
- calf raises

Happy Monday to all!

We haven't had a work your legs challenge in a while, so today we will select a variety of exercises to work our leg muscles. You can choose three or four leg exercises to do, either from your own selection or from the lower body strength exercises from Spark. Please feel free to share what kind of exercises you are doing/ have done with the group.

Have a super leg strengthening day!

P.S. If you are unable to do leg exercises or any of the other challenges we list during a specific day, then please feel free to select one of the past challenges or create your own challenge for the day and post what you have done.
