Happy Weekend to all of you!
Your challenge this weekend is to take time to spend with family and friends, but keep moving forward in the process. This means, go out and have that game of baseball, play horse shoes, chase your kids or grandkids around the yard, go to a mall with your hubs, significant other, friend and so on and just walk and have fun looking around. Crank up the tunes in your house and have a dance fest with your hubs and/or children. All these "Fun" activities will burn calories and get your heart pumping. So enjoy the weekend!
