Sorry if it appeared I was MIA, but did not have good internet access the past week, plus son kept me so busy that I had no time to try and log on with the hotel's dial up service. UGH! We were on our annual family beach vacation.
So ready for today's challenge????!!!! It is your choice. If you need to work on keeping calorie count in check, sodium in check, carbs in check, keeping up with the water intake, needing more strength training and/or cardio, or just needing to relax....it is up to you to decide what you want to work on today!
