For myself...well it is going to keep the sodium count extremely low, lower than 1500 mg. Plus, would like to try and get in a few crunches and some more cardio. It is a multi-tasking personal day!

Happy Thursday to Everyone!

Ok, so we haven't had this topic in a while. I felt it was time to bring it back. We all have areas, wihtin our lifestyle, that we wish we were better at. So here is your chance to select what area you would like to work on today. They can be related to cardio, strength training, keeping within calorie count, carb count, sodium count, and so on. They can also include time for relaxation, cleaning house and so on. Essentially, whatever you want to work on, this is your day! Make it count!

Have a wonderful Personal Challenge Thursday!
