It's Monday! I hope everyone's weekend was enjoyable.
So for a challenge, how about we do some planning for our week. We all know how easy it is to get slammed about midweek with regards to our meals. When you don't know what to cook for dinner, are running behind, and what do we tend to do: reach for the easiest foods possible - fast food, packaged foods, frozen foods, etc.
So how about we sit down and plan out our week's dinners. I know I don't cook from scratch every night but I do make sure I cook at least 5 nights and I make sure I have enough for leftovers for a couple nights.
Let's make our life a little bit less hectic at that rush hour in our kitchen (and life) and hopefully a little bit more healthy! If you want to share your menu with us, please do. It may just give some of us some new ideas to try out!
