Your challenge today is to EAT 3 + 2! Eat 3 HEALTHY meals and 2 HEALTHY snacks. Plan ahead by making your lunch in advance. Throw an apple, yogurt, a boiled egg or some nuts in for an afternoon snack.
YOU CAN DO THIS! Let's end our work week by keeping our bodies full of energy (bypassing that afternoon slump).
Plus don't forget to drink your water, at least 8 glasses today, more if you want. With the hotter weather you need to stay hydrated!
