I did 2 10 min SP cardio videos today and swam in the pool. so far I'm at 7 cups of water emoticon

As for myself....I plan on doing a lot of walking today, along with about 15 minutes or so on the exercise bike. Plus, at least 10 glasses of water, preferably more.

Happy Tuesday to ALL!

This challenge is a two-parter:

1. Choose any exercise you want and burn at least 200 calories or more.

2. Due to hot weather, it is important to keep hydrated. So drink at least 8 glasses of water, or more if you like.
