For some bizarre reason, the spark store is shipping a $2 magnet by UPS, while my $13 balance board is on backorder.

I specifically e-mailed the store and said I'd rather they ship once and not waste money/resources.

Sometimes people are so "efficient" that they are wasteful.

I had a problem here too, I tried to purchase the lunch-to-go pack and the sparks water bottle, but the shipping would have been more than the cost of the items. Do you have plans for better distribution to Canada? I'm sure I would buy many products if the shipping wasn't so prohibitive.

Hi - thanks so much for the great questions. International shipping is a tricking one for us! We definitely want to make it as affordable as possible. Unfortunately, each country assesses different fees, etc. Therefore, we have left the amount $0 on the site and recommend that members contact our store vendor, Shumsky, to get a quote on what you want shipped. They will work hard to find the most affordable option for you! I hope this helps!

I tried asking this on the message boards but no-one could help me, so here I am...

How much is shipping to the UK? I went to the international shipping page in the store but all the values were $0.00! Surely it can't be free! And a French sparkfriend of mine said she was charged 135 euros!
