I just realized that for people who are new to the team I never outlined what the challenge is about.

Simply put, we will be eating as close to "paleo" as possible for the next 30 days.

1.) Lean Proteins
2.) Fruits and Vegetables
3.) Healthy fats from nuts, seeds, avocados, olive oil, fish oil and grass-fed meat

Refer to the following lists to note the "acceptable" and "unacceptable" food choices:

Lastly, don't forget to balance your eating with a sound exercise program by adding some type of cardio (... not chronic) and strength training; also aim for at least 7 - 8 hours sleep per night. emoticon
