So I own a fitness bootcamp, and my partner and I both are paleo/primal and try to push our clients to do the same. We've loaned out the Primal Blueprint, have given out websites, I have even wrote out customized meal plans for some people.
We have decided to do a challenge of our own. It was of course loosely based off the MDA challenge. We challenged people to simply write down what they eat and drink.
My partner and I are actually taking it a step further and are going to go full primal.
I am going to be visiting family next week, so for the first few days of the challenge, so I am setting the goal of primal with the occasional beer (ok, ok, more like only a few each day. hey, we'll be camping and I am going to Montana! LOL).
Then it's time to get back to the basics, i plan to not have any alcohol except maybe a glass of red wine on the weekends.
I also plan to cut out dairy and nuts the last 2 weeks.
