I always struggle with lifting heavy things...I would like a challenge to keep me going! 2X a week is reasonable...

How about tracking the days that one goes 100% paleo. Also lifting heavy things 2 days a week.

I haven't been doing the team goals either--for me just maintaining a new way of eating is enough of a challenge. I know from experience if I try to pile on too many goals at once, I'll wind up overwhelmed and not doing any of them.

I have been doing weekly blog updates, so that would be workable... I think a low-maintenance goal like that would be doable.

Hmmm. I haven't been participating in the team goals we have. It's overwhelming to me. I'm thinking I need to spend more time in the sunshine and fresh air. I'm also getting my spring gardening going, which I think is pretty paleo. It's probably way early for a lot of people. Maybe an sp blogpost per week? Or a success thread per week? Checking in with a flog (food log) per week? I always want to know what other folks are eating, because I tend to get into a cruising pattern with food.
