Hmmm. I haven't been participating in the team goals we have. It's overwhelming to me. I'm thinking I need to spend more time in the sunshine and fresh air. I'm also getting my spring gardening going, which I think is pretty paleo. It's probably way early for a lot of people. Maybe an sp blogpost per week? Or a success thread per week? Checking in with a flog (food log) per week? I always want to know what other folks are eating, because I tend to get into a cruising pattern with food.
