If you want a challenge I'm up for one! Spring training starts the 14th.
Here's the first week. Every 25 junk paleo calories = 200 meter sprint. If it's not paleo, 400 meters!
Post here at the end of the day or first thing in the morning. ;) Can you run it off? Then you can eat it!
Each of is an athlete, some are just in training.

We have gotten many new members to the Paleo / Primal club, and I think some or many of you would love to take on a challenge. Awesome!! And I think you deserve one. I'm reluctant to start one, because they best ones I've seen have lot of communication with participants. There are weekly requirements with check ins. I don't want to start something and not give 100%, but I'm also afraid that with my current load, I couldn't deliver 100%.
Is anyone interested in joining on? If we get a few people we could rotate weeks perhaps or maybe someone with team challenge experience (I have none from the admin side) knows how to knock these outta the park?
