Love your mantra, "It's not food!"
Let food be your first and best medicine.
My carrot is actually an event more than an object. I'm getting married Aug 27 and I want to stun everyone with how I look. I havent seen many of my old friends in years because of school and the inability to go back to my hometown and see them. Many of them told me that they were coming to my wedding, so I really just want to look absolutely amazing! (what bride doesnt?) Also, I have a number in my head (150) that I want to reach before then, but the number isnt as important as feeling great and looking great!

Originally, my carrots were to get into regular size clothing. Now that I've done that, I want to get to the weight I was my first year out of college (135 lbs)

My carrots are my family. I'm doing this to show them that it can be done. I also have a dream of getting up on a long board before I'm fifty (in a year and a half). Those are my big carrots.
My mantra is "That's not food." when I see something I want to eat that isn't paleo. It's just not food. I hold out for the real stuff.

that is something,

What is the carrot that you hold out as your main motivation to succeed? Do you have photos, post-its and visualize your goal?
