I just joined this group. I signed up for the challenges listed below but have a question about this one: "stick to the plan 7 7 per week".
When I went to my goal page it says I am supposed to put some sort of number in each day I complete it. What number? The number of carbs I ate? The number of days I stuck to the Paleo diet? It doesn't specify nor does it have an explanation on the goal page. So can someone please explain?
