Hello everyone! I don't post here all that much, but I would like to start getting in the habit.
I started my true journey on June 4th. At two months, eating the Paleo way, I lost 25lbs. Of course, me being me, I decided that a few cheats here and there wouldn't hurt. Other then me getting sick, I still didn't see any stalls. Um, why did I let my self repeatedly get sick? haha, I have food issues! duh! So, for the month of August, I was doing what I "normally" did with food. And, drum roll..... I gain 3 lbs. So, I am back on track. I am doing CrossFit along with yoga 3 days a week. I would like to up my days working out. This past weekend, I got serious about the food again. I am also throwing The Zone in along with Paleo. I have lost 3lbs. Soooo, it's working. It's slow, and that's okay. I am learning how to eat well and that's what it's all about.
