Recovering from breast reduction surgery so exercise is on hold for now.

Starting a paleo/primal diet. Very low carbs, no grains, very little dairy. So far so good!

Before my surgery I was actively trying to lose weight (Calorie counting and exercising) ... but didn't dip below 129.5 .

About a week before my surgery I started eating more, because I didn't want my body to freak out thinking it was in famine AND then go through traumatic surgery... after my surgery I ate like crap because I couldn't cook for myself and very sweet neighbors were bringing over homemade meals (unhealthy though) for me, which was very sweet.

I have no doubt that I gained a few pounds to even out the 2.7 pounds of breast tissue my surgeon removed (it was a much-needed breast reduction).

So anyway... when I started eating more normally after surgery, I was weighing in at 130 pounds each morning. That's naked-before-eating weight.

Today after eating Primally for 3ish days, I just weighed myself at 7:20pm, clothed, and after having eaten breakfast and lunch. Also no exercise today as it was my post-op appointment so I was in the car for 6 hours. 129. Awesome!

Is my body already learning to burn fat for fuel? If so, Awesome! I can't wait to weigh in after being Primal for a whole week.
