I have a shared time eating breakfast. Usually I do green tea and lashing bar which is not paleo. I also am not a big egg person. Today I did 2 hard boiled eggs, half a avocado and a small green apple heated in the microwave with cinnamon and a tsp of coconut oil.

Please ideas!!
