I would not worry about a recipe. Just mix a bunch of real fruit of your choice, maybe add some walnuts and load it up with lots of real heavy cream, whipped if you like. So much better than the fake stuff. It is pretty sweet without adding sweetener. emoticon

I follow a paleo/primal hybrid and include dairy. If I were making this salad I would substitute with Greek yogurt sweetened with stevia.

My mom makes a fruit salad that has cool whip in it and it's delicious. Does anyone have a creamy paleo fruit salad?
