Haven't tried it, but most slow cooker recipes/food/meat seem to all come out really nicely.

This recipe is from the primal blueprint cookbook. Has anybody tried it?

I just finished putting it on for this evening. I love slow cookers in the summer when it is 100+ degrees Fahrenheit (38+ degrees Celsius) out and the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven. I just put it on, and it will be ready when i get home from my cross fit workout tonight.
