A little sweet. Not too bad. However, if you want it to be savoury, I would suggest that instead of using applesauce, you could use cooked sweet potato or anything with that same sort of consistency.... I would even add some oregano, garlic, onion powder to it as well. Coconut flour baked goods are really easy to mask the coconut flavour with herbs, spices and/or parmigiano cheese.
