The questionable item there appears to be psyllium husk flour, which is derived from a seed. It's a mostly insoluable fiber that your body can't really do anything with. Try replacing with psyllium SEED flour, and I would think this would be a fine recipe.
Or... just skip the noodles and bulk up on the veggies. :) Slice zucchini and/or carrots with a julienne slicer to make veggie noodles instead.
