I am so happy about this! I decided like sue to atop cheating on it bc when I do I feel bad emotionally and physically. I think i have a true food addiction. I so over being a slave to food that isnt good to me

I notice that when I follow the diet - it works for me in so many ways. My knees work, my moods are even, and even though weight loss was less than 20 pounds, I went from needing a seat belt extender on flights in Sept to no extender in early Nov.
I am finding that I did many things wrong, so am going to work harder to get closer to the Whole 30 way of eating and I am thinking the weight loss will follow!

Yes, my moods have been much more stable, and close to or at the 'happy' end of the spectrum.
Since I have bipolar disorder, this is wonderful for me!
